France and Poland will meet for the third time at a major tournament when they clash in the UEFA Euro 2024 group stage on June 25.

The two sides have previously met at the 1982 FIFA World Cup and Euro 2016, with Poland winning the latter match 3-1 in the third place play-off.

France will be looking to avenge that defeat and secure their place in the knockout stages of Euro 2024, while Poland will be hoping to cause an upset and reach the last 16 for the first time since 2016.
